Consistent, structured exercise, combined with sound nutritional and lifestyle practices are the keys for permanent success. I also strongly encourage having active leisure activities to train for on an ongoing basis.

Motivation
Though I'm not a 'competitive athlete' I'm at my happiest when engaged in the activities I love with the people I enjoy. My training and nutrition revolve around keeping my body in peak condition, so I can enjoy my favorite activities for as long as I possibly can. Performance and longevity are my biggest areas of personal focus.
