How Does it Work?
Class size is very limited for personalized and one-on-one attention. This exclusive group meets 3 times weekly for one hour of intense fitness, progress tracking and analysis.
What is the "3-Pronged" Fitness System?
Exclusive to CHFC, we utilize the specific strengths of three of our elite trainers. The first prong and class is a Circuit Training class on the gym floor utilizing the machines, free weights, and body weight exercises. The second prong is a Boot Camp style class that entails spurts of cardio with steppers, jump ropes and running intermixed with muscular strengthening (such as weights, resistance bands and ball workouts). Finally, the third prong is Prime Intensity Training which includes use of various types of equipment in a group training setting to develop core strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance, power and explosiveness. These 1-minute stations for each each exercise will motivate and inspire you!
What Else Do I Get With the Training?
Every class participant gets a thorough Wellness and Fitness Evaluation including BMI, weight, measurements and diet analysis. You also have direct access and contact with your Coaches over the entire 8 week period for support and guidance. You will not only participate in classes, but be part of your exclusive group for weekly evaluations and team support sessions. Those who successfully complete the course get a Kick-Butt Boot Camp graduate shirt, recognizing your accomplishment along with your name posted on our Wall of Fame.
How Do I Get More Information and Details on the Next Session?
Classes will be strictly limited to fifteen (15) participants. Classes will be filled on a first come, first served basis. Once we fill a class we will immediately put you on a Waiting List and advise you of the next session.
