CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

                SPINNING – An intense stationary cycling workout that will challenge you while allowing you to work at your own pace.  Hills, sprints, intervals and races will keep you going as you build cardiovascular endurance and strength.  You will want to bring a towel and water bottle to class.  Cycling shoes are optional.  Sign-ups begin ½ hour before class begins.  
                  YOGA – Develop focus, balance, strength and flexibility.  A non-competitive environment allows each individual to move at a comfortable pace.  
                  PILATES – A total body workout that restores muscular balance to the core muscles of the lower back and abdominals.  Enjoy the benefits of strengthening and stretching the body.   
                  KICKBOXING – Jump, jab, kick, punch and sweat your way to a higher fitness level.  This martial arts-based fitness class is an exciting complete body workout designed for all levels of participation.   
                  CARDIO / STEP – This class will take you through a great 30-minute step workout followed by intense muscle conditioning.   
                   BOOT CAMP - This class is designed for all levels of participation.  Athletic drills, speed and agility work, as well as muscle toning and abdominal work are included.   
                  FULL BODY FUSIONA total body workout from beginner to advanced. High energy, high cardio class which focuses on interval training from station to station. Focus on stretching, cardio blast, abs, upper and lower strength exercises.  
                  MATS, CORE, WEIGHTS & MOREThis class focuses on muscular strengthening and endurance. The class will use weights, mats, steppers that will concentrate on balancing and core, but working all muscle groups.
