David Yontef is the head personal trainer at Conshohocken Health & Fitness Club. Born and raised in Tucson, Arizona, David moved to PA to pursue a doctoral degree at Temple University, studying exercise and sport psychology. He graduated from the University of Arizona in 1997 with a bachelor's degree in exercise physiology and has been certified as a personal trainer ever since.
David obtained a Master's Degree from Argosy University of Phoenix, Arizona in 2003 in Sport and Exercise Psychology. He has worked with a very diverse population ranging from children to seniors, from professional athletes to diabetic and cardiovascular rehabilitation patients. David is currently certified and affiliated with NSCA as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Spinning Instructor, USA Weightlifting, and plans on obtaining the Master Trainer Certification through International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) later this year.
He currently resides in Lafayette Hill with his wife Amy and two children, Jacob and Lainey.
Adam Behar Personal Trainer
As the newest member of the Conshohocken Health and Fitness Club family, Adam Behar comes to us with an extensive background. He is certified by the American Council of Exercise (ACE) and the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI) as a personal trainer, nutrition counselor and boxing instructor.
Adam was a standout athlete in High School, making first team all conference in both Basketball and Football. He also played on two Babe Ruth World Series Baseball Teams. While at West Chester University, Adam also played Football and Basketball, where he earned some more accolades. Adam works with a variety of clients, ranging from adults and kids to athletes and the handicapped.
Adam likes to incorporate many different training methods to reach the goals of all his clients. He is a big believer in Cross Fit workouts, core training, and any athletic training movement. Always presenting new workouts to his clients with these training methods, Adam believes that it keeps the personal trainer/client relationship fresh and exciting! Adam looks forward to training with you and helping you meet your fitness goals.
Jen Brady Personal Trainer
Jen has been working in the fitness industry since 2004, starting out working in the gym at Cabrini College. She worked in corporate fitness for the last 6 years before starting a new job as a wellness coordinator this past June. Jen graduated with a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from Cabrini and continued on to get a master's degree in Nutrition Education at Immaculata University. She is preparing to take the state exam to become a Registered Dietitian.
Jen started personal training and teaching group fitness in 2006 and has been doing it ever since. She is certified in both through AAAI-ISMA. She came to Conshohocken Health and Fitness as a group fitness instructor in 2008. Jen really enjoys working with people, building relationships, and helping people achieve their goals.
She is married and resides in Conshocken with her husband. Jen looks forward to working with you!
Michael Coppola Personal Trainer
Michael has been a member of the Conshohocken Health and Fitness family for the past 3 years. He began working at the front desk and soon after took interest in becoming a trainer. In the fall of 2009, Michael enrolled in the World Instructors Training Schools - a program for personal training - in which he obtained his first Nationally Accredited Certification.
Michael is currently pursuing his second certification through The American Council on Exercise (ACE). Hiss passion in fitness and exercise began 5 years ago when he started coaching high school soccer, which quickly progressed into college soccer. Michael played soccer all throughout high school and college and continues to improve his skills by playing in a men's leagues year round. He also coaches and trains youth boys and girls travel soccer clubs.

Isabelle Greenberg Personal Trainer
Isabelle has over 16 years of experience as a personal trainer and conditioning specialist. In addition to her applied experience, Isabelle is certified by the American Fitness Professionals and Associates (AFPA), the American Counsel of Exercise (ACE), Silver Sneakers, Kids in Motion as well as Senior Fitness.
Here at Conshohocken Health and Fitness Club, along with being a personal trainer, she is also our class instructor for Body Fusion, which has proven successful over the years! Along with Isabelle's joy of helping others, she is also an avid in-line skater and has experience as an in-line skating instructor in Europe as well as throughout the Amish Country. She has also worked with both children and adults with special needs and has a great understanding of American Sign Language (ASL).
Isabelle is a proud mother of four children and has found great benefits through sport and physical fitness in order to deal with the pressures life brings.
Tara Leonard Personal Trainer
Tara began her career 8 years ago as a Pilates instructor teaching at various local health clubs and recreation centers. Because she enjoyed working with people in this industry, 3 years ago she became ACE certified in personal training. As a trainer here at Conshohocken Health & Fitness Club, Tara has been training individual clients and teaching classes full-time.
Tara enjoys working with her clients of many various fitness levels, in all stages of life and each working towards different fitness goals. She has proven to be successful in all aspects of training, however she specializes in training clients that are brides-to-be, mothers-to-be, and mothers who have recently given birth.
Tara's clients have developed such a confidence in her as a trainer and reaching their fitness goals that Tara has been able to retain 85% of her clients to continue to train with her year after year. Tara enjoys running and runs many road races in the Philadelphia area. Tara recently got married and now resides in Roxborough with her husband, John.
Matt Ramey Personal Trainer
Matt Ramey has been active and involved in sports his whole life. He was a standout football player at Plymouth Whitemarsh High School earning First Team All-League and First Team All-Area in Montgomery County in 2000. He continued his football career on a four-year athletic scholarship to the University of Rhode Island as a starting offensive lineman.
Matt graduated in 2005 with a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology. After college, Matt became certified as a personal trainer through the International Fitness Association. More recently, he left his job as a deputy sheriff to pursue a career more rewarding to him in personal training. Matt is constantly learning new exercises and new routines to help his clients meet their fitness goals.
